From October 1, 2026, Heilthermen Resort Bad Waltersdorf will be Styria’s first Adults Only thermal spa resort for guests aged 14 and over. With this new direction and the opening of the new spring sauna, the resort is setting further highlights when it comes to peace and quiet, naturalness, and relaxation. Around one million euros have been invested in expanding the sauna offering.
New spring sauna with views of the greenery
The new spring sauna accommodates up to 60 people and impresses with expansive glass fronts and an innovative infusion concept. Natural herbs, hydrolates, and selected oils, together with gentle whisking motions, create a truly special sauna experience. Together with the refurbished Styrian sauna, the offering now includes a total of 16 saunas.
More peace and quiet for adults
Since October, the entire thermal spa and hotel offering has been geared to guests aged 14 and over. This extends the previous Adults Only concept to the public Heiltherme. Thermal water, the sauna area, the spa, and the natural grounds offer a wide range of ways to leave everyday life behind and recharge your batteries.
